I've been thinking about your question since we met.I tried to write you a paragraph a few times but I was distracted every time.I was reading a book when this idea came to my mind that more than anything else,any natural disasters,losses,failures or deaths,I am afraid of me.So,I can sum it up in two short sentences;

"I am afraid of me the most.I am the one who helps me,and the one who hurts me,the most."
